Volunteer for Overnight Camps for 4-H in Alamo, NV

Clark County 4-H is looking for volunteers to help us with overnight camps at our beautiful facility in Alamo, NV. Transportation, food, and lodging are provided for all volunteers. For each camp, departure will be from our Paradise office in the morning, and we will return in the early evening on the final day.

Volunteers will assist staff with overseeing camp activities, supporting youth, and providing supervision. Our 4-H camps develop important life skills such as leadership, responsibility, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking, while introducing youth to research-based activities within the fields of science, natural resources, robotics, agriculture and health, to name a few. This is a great opportunity to provide youth with unforgettable camp experiences that they will cherish for life!

All volunteers must undergo a fingerprint background check that is free. The camp dates are:

May 28-30: Shooting Sports Camp

June 2-5: Teen Summer Camp

June 30-July 2: Pre-Teen Summer Camp

July 21-23: Leadership and Arts Camp

July 29-August 1: Horse Camp

Oct 17-19: Outdoor Explorers Camp
