At Impact NW, we prevent homelessness by partnering with people navigating their journey to stability and opportunity. We serve as a community of care against these challenging times to help people dream big, find financial stability and live a beautiful life.

Founded in 1966, we serve more than 30,000 people a year in the Portland-Vancouver area through programs that stabilize and strengthen. Our programs focus on all ages, from newborn to elders, and help people facing housing insecurity find relief and build strengths, experiences an, as does opportunities. More than half the people we serve identify as Indigenous, Black, Brown, elanated, Immigrant or Asian.

We are looking for someone who is interested in supporting our senior's program. Familiarity with Google, and Microsoft and comfort learning databases is required. General tasks may include: providing reception and basic information to walk-ins and referring to appropriate staff, data entry and management projects, and supporting activities and events. This volunteer position will usually require being in our office. We would love your skills to improve our programs and better serve our clients.
