Growing Home’s volunteer-supported Food Pantry serves hundreds of individuals with fresh, healthy, and culturally-relevant foods.
We have different volunteer opportunity schedules:
Pantry Stocking:
-Monday: 9am-12:30pm and 12:30-3:00pm
-Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm and 12:30-3:00pm
- Unloading a large amount of food into the food pantry.
- Cleaning/sanitizing.
- Organizing/stocking shelves.
Food Pantry Service
-Tuesday to Fridqay: 8:30am-12:30am
-Thursday: 2:30pm-5:30pm
- Lifting/stocking food.
- Help families choose their food.
- Support foot and vehicle traffic.
- Support families in the waiting room.
- Monitor the number of families.
- Cleaning/sanitizing.

- Volunteers between 14 and 17 years old need to be accompanied by an adult in order to volunteer. No one under the age of 14 is allowed to volunteer without prior authorization.
