The volunteer will work approximately 5 hours per week, providing consultation and assistance, as
needed, to IMAR Staff members who will be assuming the responsibilities that Guy Robertson
performed for the Forest Service, prior to his retirement. This agreement is designed to facilitate
continuity of IMAR mission activities and the transfer of information following Guy’s retirement in April of 2022. Specific activities include: (1) Advice and assistance supporting IMAR forest sustainability reporting for the National Report on Sustainable Forests and similar reporting processes; (2) Consultation supporting IMAR statistical reporting to international forest reporting processes; and (3) advice and knowledge transfer supporting maintenance and updates for the Program Website.
- The Inventory, Monitoring, and Assessment Research (IMAR) Staff in the Washington Office will
be the benefiting unit.
- Volunteer will need FS laptop and continued access to his FS email account
