Job Description : The DMV Music Alliance is looking for someone to provide administrative and support services to facilitate the functionality and operation of the workshop.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of administrative and support services.
• Liaising with customers.
• Coordinate with the team in booking, planning and evaluating workshops.
• Preparing, running, documents and evaluating workshops.
• Assisting with marketing and promoting workshops.
• Making sure safety, quality targets and environmental objectives are met.
• Having a clear understanding of the company’s policies and vision and how the workshops contribute.
• Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone.

Requirements :

• Experience in running creative workshops.
• Minimum experience in music coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of various music genres and industry trends
• Experience in music production software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about music.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and team player.
