The DMV Music Alliance is looking for someone to help us streamline and manage all our accounts, save us some cash, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do Organize and manage our many accounts (40-50 and counting!)-login info, costs, you name it. Look for opportunities to save money (hello, nonprofit discounts!) and set us up with those sweet deals. Help our bookkeeper by keeping expenses, receipts, and reminders in check. Stay on top of the team (especially the forgetful ones!) to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. What You Bring Top-tier organization skills-you're the person who makes spreadsheets for fun. A knack for spotting ways to save money and simplify processes. A proactive attitude-if you see a problem, you solve it. Bonus points if you love music as much as we do! We're on the hunt for a Google Workspace Manager to keep our backend operations running like a well-tuned guitar. You’ll help set up and maintain files, emails, calendars, access permissions, and overall Workspace magic to support our growing creative team. What You’ll Do Manage all things Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar-you know the vibe. Organize and maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and sharing permissions.
