Join us for Take Steps 2024 on Sunday, June 09 at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa!
Coping with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis (collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease or IBD) can be an extremely challenging and isolating journey. That is why the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation created Take Steps, a walk experience that brings communities together in a fun, family-friendly and supportive atmosphere that lets patients know they’re not alone.
The Foundation’s largest fundraising campaign, Take Steps helps to accelerate the progress of breakthrough research and supports critical patient programs. We want to make Take Steps 2024 our biggest year yet and we need YOU to do that!
Volunteers are the heroes behind the scenes working hard to help Foundation staff create a fun, engaging experience for our local Take Steps event. While there are many ways to volunteer with Take Steps, our greatest need is on event day. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Set-Up/Break down
- Handing out incentives
- Food/Beverage
- Registration/Check in
- Cheering on Participants
AND MORE!
Without our volunteers, we could not provide the highest level of support that the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) community deserves.
