Suncrest Hospice is looking for caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our hospice patients. We have many opportunities available in Richmond as well as surrounding areas. We are always looking for volunteers to offer companionship, music and are related talents or pet therapy visits. If field work isn't your thing, we have many administrative opportunities as well, newsletters, pen pals, addressing birthday cards. You don't need to have a lot of time, but you do need to have a lot of heart. Please contact us if you are interested. We require a TB screen as well as a background check, training and onboarding offered. Must be at least 18 or older to volunteer.

Description
Suncrest Hospice, provides premier hospice services for terminally-ill patients in Richmond, VA and areas nearby: Hanover County, Henrico County, Goochland County, portions of Caroline County, the City of Petersburg, Colonial Heights, the City of Ashland, Mechanicsville and points in between.
Suncrest Hospice is currently looking for volunteers to visit with patients and/or their caregivers, volunteers to provided limited gardening services to patients and much more.
