The Granite Falls Community Coalition is a non-profit agency working to develop a community that is safe, healthy, drug-free, and mutually supportive. We are committed to the common goal of building a safe, healthy, and drug-free community with a primary focus on the essential needs of community members.
We provide a Food Bank open 4 days a week with two distribution sites, Meals 'til Monday program, diaper bank, school supplies drive and give away, and we sponsor various community forums and educational nights throughout the year.

As a Food Bank Warehouse Support Volunteer, you will sort, weigh and prepare food and supplies for distribution. Must be able to reach overhead and lift/carry 10 pounds.

This is an in-person role averaging 4 hours per week. Availability can vary from 2-6 hours Monday - Friday, occasional evenings or Saturdays.
-Main workstations will be at distribution sites with community transit and assessable parking.

-Must pass background check and be able to provide references if requested.

Tasks include:
-Able to work cooperatively with other volunteers in a group setting
-Sorting- in food bank warehouse
-Prepping food and supplies
- May drive box truck if insurance eligible, may assist driver with deliveries or pick-ups.
