If you are a Spanish-speaker and interested in healthcare, we can use your help! Our volunteer medical providers often don't speak Spanish, and while we have Spanish-speaking staff, we need a few additional people to help when our Clinic is busy.
You'll talk to patients in the lobby to help them with paperwork, and accompany staff to translate information for patients. You'll work directly with providers and the pharmacy. This would be ideal for someone who has been in healthcare, has an interest in a healthcare profession, and/or has had experiences with healthcare that can help relate to patients.

To help Cabarrus County adults move toward wellness by providing comprehensive healthcare and pharmacy services.
Description
Our goals are: 1. To remove the barriers of limited financial resources and lack of health insurance by increasing access to healthcare and pharmacy services; 2. To increase health stabilization for patients by providing primary care and pharmacy services. The Community Free Clinic is the only healthcare organization in Cabarrus County providing free medical care and prescription medication to low-income, uninsured adults.
