Have a furry friend who is friendly and good around people? Envision Hospice is seeking volunteers with certified therapy dogs or animals in the Colorado Springs area. Hospice patients need the comfort and companionship that often only a dog or a pet can provide. Many hospice patients come out of their shell after being introduced to a gentle and friendly pet. We have patients all across Colorado Springs looking for a volunteer with a pet like yours!
Envision Hospice provides training for all volunteers. Volunteers must pass a background check and get a TB test in order to volunteer.
