ORGANIZATION: P.A.R.T.I. Program

As PARTI rises to our 25th Anniversary in 2025, we are seeking Governing, Junior and Advisory Board Members to provide oversite, share resources and experiences, to sustain our work and operations for 25 more years. PARTI is seeking 3-5 business professionals, retired individuals to serve on our Governing Board. We also creating a Junior Board (under 25 years old. Finally, we need help securing 2-3 philanthropists and successful business executives to serve as Board Advisors.

The mission of the Positive Alternative Recreation Teambuilding Impact (PARTI) is to promote education around youth healthy lifestyles and healthy decision making.

We envision a world where every youth will have access to resources and tools to thrive regardless of race, gender, nationality, family economic status, or ability status.

Strategic Plan:

  • Financial Sustainability: Increasing the organization's budget to over $1,000,000 is essential for ensuring its long-term financial sustainability. A larger budget provides necessary resources to support sustainability, growth, staff retention, infrastructure and operational needs.

  • Impact: PARTI will expand programs and services to reach more youth and communities in need in order impact and address a wider range of issues related to racial equity, safety, culture, wellness, and gender equality.

  • Operations: A midsize organization budget provides the necessary operational support to sustain day-to-day activities, including staff salaries, administrative expenses, program materials, and overhead costs.

Description

Who we are | PARTI Program is a 501c3 non-profit that promotes youth development and social emotional well-being. Every day we work to change the lives of youth who suffer from bullying, depression, violent lifestyles, unhealthy relationships, and unstable families. Since 2000, we have served over 18,000 youth, expanding our reach to serve youth in Santa Clara County, San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, California. We have co-created stop the violence and anti-bullying campaigns with young people from middle school through college, in order for youth to feel safe, supported, and connected to opportunity.
