As part of the park's Open Space program, volunteers are assigned a 10' x 20' organic garden plot. Being a member of this community garden is free! The only requirement is that each community gardener volunteers at least 8 hours of time per year somewhere in the park. Any produce that is grown belongs to the gardener.
