Marketing Coordinator

To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Assist in developing and implementing the organization's brand strategy
• Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
• Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success

• Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
• Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
• Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
• Plan meetings, events, and conferences by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
• Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to marketing leadership

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Experience using data analytics software for research
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
