Job Overview:

The Graphic Designer specializing in social media graphics is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for various social media platforms. They collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to conceptualize and produce eye-catching designs that effectively communicate brand messages and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including images, illustrations, banners, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative concepts and design mockups for social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Create visual assets that are optimized for different social media platforms and devices.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in social media graphics.
  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with content strategies.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a focus on social media graphics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Menzies Philanthropic Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on supporting the orphanages globally, based on the Shirley Menzies 5 Key Needs, designed to create the first eco-regenerative conscious community to heal trauma and provide safe homes for orphans and vulnerable families.

The organization is in is operating at the start-up level, currently working to provide a powerful regenerative, self-sustaining business model facilitated by its 'For Profit’, Social Impact Enterprise, and "Me Is We".

Through the development of residual-producing income streams, the "Me Is We" enterprise will supplement and eventually finance the Menzies Philanthropic Foundation’s ultimate goal of creating eco-regenerative conscious communities for wholistic assistance and development.
