Position Overview: The Business Operations & Development Specialist will be instrumental in driving the operational efficiency and strategic growth of MySource Network. Working closely with the Product Manager and key stakeholders, this role involves identifying growth opportunities, streamlining business processes, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, operational prowess, and a hands-on approach to driving business success. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product management, marketing, and external partners to align business development initiatives with overall company goals. Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge operational health and the effectiveness of business strategies. Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects aimed at business improvement, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Proven experience in business operations, business development, or a similar role, preferably within a tech or wellness environment. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
