Job Overview:

The Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and producing engaging content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more. They develop content strategies, produce multimedia assets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies to meet marketing objectives and target audience needs.
  • Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for digital channels, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to brainstorm content ideas and ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals.
  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content creation and optimization.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in content creation and digital marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a content creator or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or content marketing environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for storytelling and the ability to engage and inspire audiences through compelling content.

Menzies Philanthropic Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on supporting the orphanages globally, based on the Shirley Menzies 5 Key Needs, designed to create the first eco-regenerative conscious community to heal trauma and provide safe homes for orphans and vulnerable families.

The organization is in is operating at the start-up level, currently working to provide a powerful regenerative, self-sustaining business model facilitated by its 'For Profit’, Social Impact Enterprise, and "Me Is We".

Through the development of residual-producing income streams, the "Me Is We" enterprise will supplement and eventually finance the Menzies Philanthropic Foundation’s ultimate goal of creating eco-regenerative conscious communities for wholistic assistance and development.
