Our Emergency Disaster Services (EDS) team is committed to providing disaster training courses emphasizing hands-on group learning in crisis management, canteen operations, flood safety, mental health (emotional/spiritual) care, first aid, CPR, and more. By joining this team and completing the training, you can play a crucial role in ensuring that the most vulnerable members of communities affected by disasters receive shelter, food, and support in rebuilding their lives.

Qualifications:

  1. Able to work with the public and have a heart for working with unhoused and low-income individuals.
  2. Capable of accommodating large crowds and sustaining prolonged periods of standing and sitting.
  3. Join monthly training sessions & commit for a minimum of 1 year.
