Are you a compassionate person who would like to enrich the lives of older adults? Are you detail-oriented? Goodwin Hospice is seeking motivated college student volunteers to provide companionship to older adults with life-limiting illnesses. Additional tasks may include helping with mailings and deliveries, making phone calls to families, pulling data for reports, and helping with special projects.
Hours are very flexible, 3-6 hours per week. Some weekday availability preferred but some duties can be done on weekends. Criminal background check, TB screening and 5 hour volunteer orientation required.
