Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Human Resources Generalist at BigBang Artwork. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and HR management. They will work closely with the organization to ensure compliance with HR regulations and provide support to employees.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
• Experience in HR management and benefits administration
• Ability to create and implement HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
