Are you a talented Recruiter with a passion for finding the best talent? We are seeking a Recruiter to collaborate with and support our People Operations Department's daily activities. As a Recruiter, you will design and implement an overall recruiting strategy that aligns with HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include developing, updating, and posting job descriptions and job specifications, performing job and task analysis, and providing recruiting reports. You will source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels, and screen resumes and application forms to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new employees and act as a point of contact, building candidate relationships during the selection process. This is a volunteer/unpaid position.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Recruiter or coursework/interest in Recruitment or a similar field. You should have a solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential for this role. Preferred, but not required, qualifications include hands-on experience in various selection processes, familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HRIS/HRMS, and proficiency in organizing skills assessment centers, preferred not required.
