Job brief We are looking for a Training Specialist to enhance the competencies of individual staff members by designing and conducting training programs that will boost FJWL workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions. Responsibilities * Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses * Translate requirements into trainings that will groom the staff for the next step of their career path * Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans * Develop or oversee the production of handouts, instructional materials, aids,and manuals * Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results * Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions * Deliver training courses * Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into staff members work behavior * Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes * Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in staff development Requirements * Proven experience in training in a corporate setting * Adequate knowledge of learning management tools * Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques * Familiarity with talent management and succession planning * Sound decision making and organizational skills * Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences * Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and in database software

Job brief As a Social Media Manager, you will lead a marketing team and oversee an organization's social media activities. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring FJWL’s Social Media strategy. Social media manager should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and "soft selling" the product by providing support to current and prospective customers. Responsibilities * Oversee Social Media Marketing department * Curate & design a minimum of 3-5 posts a week on social media platforms * Help to grow FJWL's social media presence and engage with our current followers * Collaborate with Executive Board to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions * Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan * Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts. * Develop communication across all organization platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other potential marketing platforms that come up * Understanding how the targeted audience work * Proofread all the marketing materials before sending them out * Support the communications team to make sure all processes and guidelines are being followed. * Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing. * Send all marketing materials to the Executive director for approval. * Delegate all social media aspects to the social media specialists and ensure all is done in a timely manner. Requirements * Ability to present concepts in new ways and from a new perspective * Prove knowledge of new marketing language * Previous social media managers are encouraged to apply * Proven experience in social media * Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills * Demonstrable social networking experience * Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels * Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good organizational ability * Fluency in English * Coursework or interest in Communications, Marketing, or Business
