Are you an experienced leader with a passion for organizing and coordinating programs? We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As the Program Manager, you will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company's culture. You will oversee the progress of operations and ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and evaluate project managers and other staff, develop efficient strategies and tactics, and maximize ROI for our programs. This is a volunteer/unpaid position.

Responsibilities for this role include formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects, deciding on suitable strategies and objectives, and coordinating cross-project activities. You will also be responsible for developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities, applying change, risk, and resource management, and assuming responsibility for the program's people and vendors. Additionally, you will assess program performance, aim to maximize ROI, resolve projects' higher scope issues, and prepare reports for program directors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position, with a thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods. Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles, as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office, is required. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field are also essential, with an MSc/MA being a plus.
