Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for program management and development? We are currently seeking a competent Program Facilitator to join our team. As the Program Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of programs and activities, ensuring the implementation of curricula, policies, and practices, and managing communications through Google Classroom or other internal platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse teams, build positive relations within the team and with clientele, and facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization's standards. This is a volunteer/unpaid position.

Responsibilities for this role include scheduling and organizing meetings/events, ensuring technology is used correctly for all operations, preparing paperwork and other materials for presentations and proposals, and keeping updated records and creating reports or proposals. You will also be responsible for setting office hours for clients or mentees when available, and supporting growth and program development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, proven experience as a life coach, mentor, trainer, or relevant position, and knowledge of program management and development procedures.

Requirements for this role include being tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office, and having the ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent time-management and organizational skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and being detail-oriented and efficient are also essential. While business writing, proposal writing, and report creation skills are not required, a willingness to learn is appreciated.
