ORGANIZATION: From Jersey with Love

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for building communities and engaging audiences? We are looking for a qualified Community Outreach Manager to join our team. As the Community Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with our marketing strategies. You will supervise content creation for our social media accounts, including engaging text, image, and video content. Additionally, you will respond to comments and customer queries, monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, and organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. This is a volunteer/unpaid position.

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven work experience in customer service, social media, and/or marketing. You should have experience launching community initiatives and the ability to identify and track relevant community metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with hands-on experience with social media management for brands. You should also have the ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics, as well as knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels. If you are a tech-savvy professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for community building, we encourage you to apply for this position. As our Community Outreach Manager, you will act as the face and voice of our brand, managing all community communications and building relationships with consumers, potential clients/vendors, industry professionals, and journalists.

This position indirectly addresses the impacts of COVID-19 by providing leadership resources to community leaders struggling to access professional and personal development services. These services have proven to address burnout, mental health disparities, and build lasting relationships.
