Required Skills:

- Strong background in accounting, financial audit, internal audit, fraud prevention, and financial and/or fraud investigations.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English languages.
- Knowledge of fraud management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify anomalies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Desired Background:

- Prior experience in fraud prevention, financial, and/or fraud investigations.
- Familiarity with international investigations, particularly within Ukraine.
- Experience in acquisition fraud investigations.
- Background in the medical industry is considered an asset.

Preferred Designations:

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS)
Certified Financial Crime Investigator (CFCI) Responsibilities - Review and analyze financial transactions and records to identify potential fraudulent activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent behaviors.
- Collaborate with other team members to investigate suspicious activities and incidents.
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases, gathering evidence and documentation as needed.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to fraud management and risk mitigation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
