Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Nova Ukraine online merchandise shop, ensuring smooth integration with Printful and Square platforms. Merchandise Planning: Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop and launch new merchandise that resonates with our supporters and aligns with our brand. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in-stock and updated regularly. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to promote merchandise through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events. Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Printful and Square. Strong understanding of online retail and merchandising principles. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in English; fluency in Ukrainian is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. What do we need help with? - posting open positions and searching for potential volunteers using a variety of channels, including specialized sites, platforms, social networks, groups and communities - selecting resumes and conducting initial interviews for candidates. - organizing further stages of interviews with hiring managers and full support of the hiring process. - conducting the recruiting process in the Hurma CRM system. - communication with hiring managers regarding the recruitment process. - receiving feedback/providing feedback after the interview. Emergency Housing team manages Adopt-a-Family and distributes one-time financial aid on average to 6-7 families monthly. This process is involved. It requires a lot of IT work with SalesForce and spreadsheets, as well as talking with recipients (after initial screeneng done by other caseworkers). We're looking for a volunteer who is fluent in office-level IT. The workload is uneven, with an intensive load at the beginning of the month (the first week) and a little load in the rest of the month. For the res of the month, we can use the help of this volunteer with general refugee casework.
