Nova Ukraine is seeking a dynamic and creative YouTube Channel Managerto join our communications team.
This role is pivotal in enhancing our digital outreach and engagement through the management of our YouTube channel. The YouTube Channel Manager will be responsible for uploading ready-made videos, optimizing content for SEO, crafting catchy titles and comprehensive descriptions, and updating the channel's description as needed.
This position is crucial in expanding our reach and impact, engaging our audience with compelling content that highlights our work and the situation in Ukraine.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Uploading:
Routinely upload ready-made video content to the YouTube channel, ensuring videos are correctly formatted and presented. Content Optimization:
Utilize SEO best practices to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to increase visibility and engagement on the platform. Title and Description Creation:
Develop engaging and catchy titles as well as detailed descriptions for each video, incorporating relevant keywords to enhance SEO. Channel Maintenance:
Regularly review and update the channel's description and settings to ensure alignment with Nova Ukraine's mission and current initiatives. Analytics Monitoring:
Track and analyze channel performance metrics to inform content and SEO strategies, aiming to improve reach, engagement, and subscriber growth. Collaboration:
Work closely with the content creation team to understand video content and themes, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's message and goals. Most of the collaborations are happening through Slack.
