Position Description:
The Animal Welfare Organization Community Liaison (Call Back Specialist) serves as a dedicated point of contact for individuals seeking information about our organization, upcoming events, resources, and inquiries. This role involves:
- Handling incoming calls and emails resources to callers.
- Addressing questions and concerns from callers related to our initiatives, volunteer opportunities, donation needs, and upcoming events.
- Offering resources and guidance to callers seeking assistance with issues related to animal welfare, including referrals to relevant services and support networks.
- Matching callers with adoptable animals according to their preferences, lifestyle, and other relevant factors.
- Documenting all interactions and maintaining organized records of inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions in our database system.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure consistent messaging and accurate information dissemination across all communication channels.
