Job Description:

Friendly Connections is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to volunteer or work on a per diem basis to assess behavioral individuals and help create and implement a behavior plan for Direct Support workers. This can be in person or via Zoom.

Our 501c-3 nonprofit is Friendly Connections and we are located in New Jersey and work with individuals with Developmental Disabilities in their homes (through the Division of Developmental Disabilities). The individuals we help live in all 21 counties in NJ.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff efforts to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits
  • Assume overall direction of Direct Support Professionals working in the home with the client.
  • Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA, or in psychology or education with a specialization or focus in applied behavior analysis
  • BCBA(r) Certification

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
