The Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida is seeking passionate volunteers to join our dynamic team! We are gearing up for our upcoming Innovation Summit and need your help to make it a success. We have other opportunities throughout the year as well. You could have the opportunity to work directly with our Executive Director and board to learn new skills or get acknowledgment for the amazing skills you already have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the Innovation Summit.
• Help with logistical arrangements, including venue setup and coordination with vendors.
• Support the registration process and provide a welcoming experience for attendees.
• Facilitate smooth operation of the event through various roles, from ushering to information assistance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic individuals with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Team players who are organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Interest or experience in event planning, logistics, or hospitality.
• Availability for the duration of the Innovation Summit (April 25-27, 2024), as well as some preparatory days before the event.
