Developmental Director & Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Nonprofit Management:
- Develop and implement organizational strategy aligned with Free Juice's mission.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in onboarding new team members, volunteers, and staff.

2. Monthly Meetings:
- Prepare for and lead productive monthly meetings.
- Oversee meeting logistics and coordination.

3. Fundraising and Resource Management:
- Develop and execute fundraising plans to meet financial goals.
- Oversee volunteer support and placement for effective utilization.
- Lead financial and compliance strategies, including tax deadlines.
- Maintain donor relationships and seek new funding opportunities.

4. Financial Oversight:
- Create and manage budgets for financial sustainability.
- Stay informed about nonprofit management trends and statistics.
- Provide research support for strategic decision-making.

5. Program and Event Publicity:
- Manage program and event publicity efforts, including press releases.
- Oversee social media strategies and outreach to promote Free Juice's mission.

6. Grants Management:
- Lead grant writing strategies and oversee application deadlines.
- Identify potential grant opportunities and seek additional support.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant degree; advanced degree preferred.
- Nonprofit leadership experience.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and social justice.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and familiarity with nonprofit compliance.
