EVENTS COMMITTEE MEMBER:
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? Do you have a knack for event planning and organization? Join the Charlotte Angels Events Committee and help us create memorable experiences for children in foster care and their families.

Brief Description:
* Collaborate with the Events Committee Chair and fellow members to brainstorm, plan and execute engaging events for children and families in foster care.
* Assist in securing event venues, vendors, and sponsors as needed.
* Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, set-up, and breakdown.
* Help promote events through social media, email newsletters, and other channels to ensure maximum attendance and participation.
* Participate in post-event debriefs and provide feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in event planning is a plus but not required.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team independently when necessary.

Charlotte Angels is a foster care non-profit that was created to help empower children and build sustainable foster homes. We are a community of people that walk alongside foster children and their caretakers by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building and mentorship. Our solutions to the foster care crisis are the Love Box family support program and Dare to Dream youth mentor programs.
