About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Salesforce Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and user adoption. You will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring our Salesforce environment is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Design and architect complex Salesforce solutions using a combination of declarative and programmatic tools (Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Process Builder, Workflows, etc.).
• Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and compliance with best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.
• Implement security measures and governance processes to safeguard data and maintain system integrity.
• Lead and participate in code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions to foster continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce advancements and best practices, attending relevant training and earning certifications.
• Document technical solutions and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect or related role.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level deployments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Expertise in data modeling, security, and integration best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement efficient solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for Salesforce and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

Bonus points:

• Experience with Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, etc.).
• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
