Responsibilities:
As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be a hands-on leader guiding our technology vision, strategy, and execution. If you are passionate about coding, innovation, and shaping the future of technology in the energy sector, this role is for you.

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Hands-on Coding:
- Lead by example with hands-on involvement in coding and development activities.
- Contribute directly to the coding efforts, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.

2. Strategic Technology Leadership:
- Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Innovate and explore emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technology team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, ensuring continuous learning and development.

4. Product Development:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, actively participating in coding and solution development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

5. Technology Architecture:
- Define and maintain a robust and scalable technology architecture with hands-on involvement.
- Evaluate and implement best-in-class technologies and frameworks.

6. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure security and compliance of the technology infrastructure, actively engaging in security measures.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information.

7. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, providing hands-on technical insights.

Requirements:
- Proven hands-on coding experience, with a strong background in software development.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, data analytics, and scalable software architecture.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the energy efficiency or clean energy sector is a significant plus.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
- Knowledge of multiple coding languages with proficiency in React preferred
- Open to deploying generative AI tools to complete tasks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
