The Gentiva Hospice Companion Volunteer will be someone our patients care count on. This person will become an essential part of our patients lives. Companion Volunteers go to the homes of hospice patients to provide companionship and friendship not just to our patients but their families too. Everyone needs a hand to hold and a shoulder to cry on as well as another face to laugh with and share their stories with. Be a hero to a hospice patient who just needs a friend and apply to become a companion volunteer today!

Companion Volunteers do not provide ANY hands on care to patients at all.
