Our volunteer team fluctuates between 100-200 team members and has included over 1000 volunteers representing more than 60 different countries. We're seeking an MEP/Electrical Designer for initial electrical layout and designs for a 4-dome family home model as part of these ultra-sustainable eco-village designs: https://www.onecommunityglobal.org/earthbag-village/
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- AutoCAD and/or Revit access and electrical design experience
- Minimum 10 hours a week for at least 2 months
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
ABOUT THE BUILDING
The earthbag architecture village (Pod 1) is the first of seven different sustainable village models to be built. The 4-dome cluster design you'll be helping with is purposed to provide an open source and DIY-constructable single-family home design option. We've designed the building and now we need to create the initial electrical designs.
