The Volunteer Partnership Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with community and national organizations to maximize the impact of Chiquita Jackson Enterprise efforts. The Partnership Manager is responsible for working with organizations, companies, and individuals to promote partnerships and create opportunities for our community members to make meaningful contributions. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to maximize the impact of existing partnerships
Establish new partnerships with individuals, organizations, and companies
Design and implement CJEnterprise engagement plans
Collect data on program effectiveness
Assist with organizing events such as recruitment fairs and community service projects.
Research best practices in community empowerment and share findings with partners
Evaluate existing programs to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. nonprofit management or social work) or equivalent experience
At least three years of experience in volunteer management or a related field
