Impact of The Role

Dev Launchers is on a mission to help people from diverse backgrounds transition into a technical career. We are achieving this by fostering a collaborative community where people come in to develop skills through building a project incubation platform. As the product lead for the user profile team, you will play a crucial role in defining the user journey of the platform.

What You Will Do

You will be the product owner of the platform’s user profiles. You will collaborate with other project leads to define the user journey and translate it into the product roadmap. In addition, you will run an agile team of developers, UI designers and UX researchers to deliver the product.

Who You are

Required skills:

• 2+ years of professional experience in product management
• Excellent communicator

Bonus skills:

• Experience in recruiting and mentoring new team members
• Experience in agile project management
• Familiar with frontend technologies
