Philly Tech Sistas invites you to be a beacon of guidance and inspiration as a Salesforce Admin Mentor. Our mission is to empower women of color in the tech industry, and your expertise and experience can be the key to unlocking their potential.

About the Role: As a Salesforce Admin Mentor, you will provide one-on-one mentorship to our program participants, aiding in their professional development. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through the nuances of Salesforce, resume crafting, and interview preparation. You'll be not just a mentor but a role model, inspiring confidence and ambition in the next generation of tech leaders.

Commitment:

• Availability to meet with participants for at least monthly for one hour, accommodating both your schedules
• Willingness to engage regularly and provide consistent support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions focusing on Salesforce administration skills
• Assist in resume reviews, emphasizing how to showcase Salesforce skills and experiences
• Guide participants through mock interviews and provide constructive feedback
• Offer insights into the Salesforce industry and career progression
• Encourage and motivate participants throughout their learning journey

• Possesses experience in Salesforce administration
• Has a passion for mentorship and a genuine interest in others' growth
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can provide insightful, constructive feedback
