PalsNPets is a small nonprofit with a big mission supporting people experiencing homelessness with pets living in interim housing with veterinary care, dog training, grooming and pet education so that people and their pets can stay housed.

We are in need of an experienced administrative assistant who is knowledgeable in spreadsheets, tracking, developing efficient tracking systems, setting reminders, filing and organizing google docs, coordinating between numerous participants, shelter staff and partner organizations, experienced working with outlook systems, developing email templates where needed, organizing emails, putting in contacts and details, reminding participants and staff we serve on appointments via email, phone call and/or text until confirmed, some research, filling out different online voucher and referral forms, tracking process.

Attention to detail, very organized, great communication and writing skills. can work with little or no direction.

  • afternoon / 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM
    must be available during this time every Wednesday & Thursdays, must have administrative background experience
