We are Mentor a Promise, a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to create individualized career paths for our students in temporary housing and after they move into permanent housing.

We need your help to recruit, train and supervise our Mentor Virtual Program. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, people person with a passion for education. This candidate has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and has a clear and timely communication style that comes across as warm and welcoming. A sincere interest in working in working in a nonprofit educational environment needed.

You will ensure that any learning objectives are aligned to robust educational goals andpractices that yield the highest standards.

You will spearhead targeted recruitment for Mentors and non-instructional staff through participation in recruiting events, networking and volunteer websites. Manage our volunteer websites.
