Senior Services is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service minded individual who can be creative and work well on a team!
We are looking for someone to assist in making calls to seniors on behalf of our transit team! These calls will mainly confirm rides and complete post ride surveys.
This vitally important role will ensure that our Seniors are getting the very best transportation service that we are able to provide!
Other tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Performs customer relations function for scheduling
- Performs routine and regular follow up with potential clients
- Responds to inquiries, complaints, and correspondence from clients and the public; investigates and resolves complaints courteously and in a timely manner or refers appropriately
- Prepares and reviews daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Performs additional tasks as required
