We are seeking women to get involved in our program and serve the women of our community!

We would like to be able to have the program open for extended hours for our participants, however, in order to do that we need Christian Women to come along side us in expanding the opportunities for our participants. We try our best to work with your schedule. Each volunteer will need to be in agreement with our Statement of Faith and be a team player with good communication skills.

For this position you would only need to open the facility and have knowledge of the equipment (which we will teach you) so you can help the participants if they need help to get started. You are welcome to bring homework to work on during the hours you are there. Once shift is over you would make sure all equipment is off and turn off lights and lock the door behind you.

2 Shifts

  • morning / 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM
    Tuesday, Thursday for training then after training can pick any time table any day that works with your schedule.
  • evening / 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM
    Mondays but would like folks to have other hours open after training

Mission Statement

Through immersion in God's word and His ways and understanding of health and healing, we seek to bring women out of their emotional pain and leave them firmly planted in their royal roots where they can live in freedom through Christ.

Description

Royal Roots of Freedom offers Christ-centered, proven and extensive mental health services for women in need.
Our Method: After initial acceptance into the program, our method begins with an assessment of the specific needs of the client. We first address what has kept freedom from happening, the commitment necessary to finally be free, and the evidence that it is possible for everyone. Each client will receive personal mentoring that will guide them through proven psychological methods, Biblical materials, and relational life skills, while providing a place to explore many modes of healing. Specific goals are identified based on previous coping skills and on observation of what has or hasn't worked in the past and individual obstacles.
