We offer a broad range of resources including a soup kitchen, food pantry, shelter, on-site medical services, a computer lab, employment assistance, benefits enrollment, a life skills program, and more.

As a Volunteer Recruitment Volunteer, (in partnership with Hunger Free America - AmeriCorps Senior 55+ Volunteer Program), you will help recruit and schedule individual and group volunteers for our soup kitchen and food pantry.

This is a virtual role, averaging 12 hours per week, hours can be flexible. However, availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays would be helpful. The preferred length of commitment is 2 months.

Duties include:
- Responsible for the overall recruitment of Broadway Community volunteers;
- Effectively utilize Broadway Community’s volunteer management system;
- Recruit and schedule corporate volunteer groups;
- Ensure volunteers are effectively recruited, shepherded through application and screening processes, appropriately matched, and followed up with consistently.
