- This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
- Associates are expected to put in a minimum of 5 hours per week and be responsive to emails within 24 hours.
- STW(tm) welcomes volunteers who are seeking skill-based volunteering opportunity. STW(tm) shall provide "letter of recommendation" professionals who demonstrate outstanding contribution for professional references.
SUMMARY:
HR Associate: Recruitment - Google Voice reports directly to Project Leader of Recruitment. The successful candidate keeps track of all the calls, voicemails, general emails and maintains a well-organized log sheet.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for answering all the calls and emails from the callers.
- Responsible for communicating with volunteer candidates regarding processing new hires.
- Check HR Information Email Inbox and maintain an organized system for filing emails.
- Attend bi-weekly human resources meetings.
- Comply with the standardized recruitment practices and process.
- On a timely basis, send weekly/biweekly updates to the Recruitment Project Leader, Business Operations Group and HR Director.
- Be sensitive to the needs of candidates and callers.
- Complete Timesheet at least on a weekly minimum basis.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s/Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year experience in a full cycle recruiting.
- Applicants reside in the US and must have a US phone number for Google Voice set up.
- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good organizational skills.
- Require self-direction and professional manner when dealing with job applicants and callers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Apps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Eager to continuously learn and develop business acumen.
