Human Health Project (HHP) is looking for a Volunteer Partner Manager to develop and manage relationships with channel partners.

You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the activity of existing partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in partner management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and some understanding of the partner, sales or business development processes.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, reach out to, and communicate HHP’s partner program to new potential partners
  • Help build a list of prospect partners and work on outreach campaigns
  • Onboard and enable new partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a key set of partners
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage the performance of existing partners through regular follow ups
  • Work with leadership to develop strategies to improve activity with them
  • Monitor and report on regular activities, and on the health of partner relationships through key KPIs tracking
  • Ingest feedback from partners and relay it to leadership to help improve our partner program initiatives
  • Collaborate with the program and product teams to align efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and participate in ideation to help improve HHP’s partner program
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges with partners, with the support of the leadership team
  • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
  • Attend opportunities to build relationships and promote HHP
Requirements and skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in channel management or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Accountability and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field

Considered an asset:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent
