Each day, volunteers sort, assemble and distribute over 300 bags of groceries to our clients and community members. Working with a team of volunteers and SOS staff, Food Pantry Volunteers are essential to meeting our mission every day!
Food Pantry Volunteers are responsible for receiving, sorting, repackaging and distributing a variety of food items for distribution to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity and/or homelessness. This is a high energy, fun environment.

Once you fill out an application, you can sign up for an orientation.
***For 16/17 year-old volunteers
A waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian.
Please let me know so I can send you a paper waiver.
Participant must be at least 16 years old with an adult chaperone over the age of 18 in attendance.
One adult chaperone is required for up to every 5 volunteers under the age of 18.
Chaperone also needs to create an account and attend orientation.
