Resource Building/Programming Intern or Volunteer

Position Overview: Creshendo is seeking a Resource Building Intern or Volunteer to help us develop programs that empower refugees and migrants. This role involves creating educational materials, researching, organizing workshops, and coordinating initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to identify the educational needs of our beneficiaries.
• Research and develop educational resources, including online courses and guides.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events.
• Coordinate with partner organizations and experts to deliver impactful programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and resources.
• Ensure program content aligns with our mission and objectives.
• Collect feedback from participants and make improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for education and empowerment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to create and adapt educational content.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in program development and implementation (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Commitment to at least 5 hours per week.
