A "FIRST IMPRESSION" means to provide assistance with navigation, information, and a culture of care. Ambassadors are staffed at each main entrance during the core business hours. Offer a warm welcome and greeting to all patients and visitors coming into the lobby. Coverage will be available during busiest hours and days of the week as determined. Ambassadors may assist with capturing patient feedback and can also assist with service recovery.
